Employees Thrive Award

Your Workplace accepted nominations for our Top 10 Places Where Employees Thrive awards leading up to the final gala award ceremony at the 2009 Your Workplace Conference. These awards were aimed at organizations that have created a dynamic and creative workplace by establishing a culture built on collaborative dialogue, trust, clear outcomes, tolerance, and teamwork.

The 10 winners will be announced on this page soon. Check back or email aaird@yourworkplace.ca if you would like to be notified when they have been posted. There will be video and a synopsis of each company as well as quotes from their employees. 

The Power of Inclusion Award

Nominees for the Power of Inclusionaward are committed with actions to the belief that the work world can be a better place for everyone, and they have contributed greatly to improving the experience of work, equally, for all workers in Canada.

The Power of Inclusionaward winner was chosen for their outstanding contribution to an environment where we all, equally, and individually, belong. This award recognized professionals, teams and organizations from the public and private sectors who made a difference toward significantly improving the health and well-being of the Canadian workplace. The awards presentation occured at the annual Your WorkplaceConference in Ottawa, Ontario on May 1st of 2009.
