It sounds crazy, but two respected scientists say it’s true: We are doing all the wrong things in our pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. The truth is out there and T. S. Wiley and Bent Formby found it. Filed away at the U.S. National Institutes of Health they found information that will shock you.

One of mankind’s greatest inventions – artificial light – is killing us by tricking our bodies into living in a state of perpetual summer, forcing it to store fat in anticipation of months of hunger that never come. The result is obesity, diabetes, heart disease, depression and cancer, say scientists T. S. Wiley and Bent Formby. They propose a simple way to avoid those endemic modern diseases: get at least 9.5 hours sleep a night, get off that low-fat diet and stop exercising three times a week.
