By taking responsibility and looking for a way to accommodate someone, we improved the working conditions for everyone in the production area.

Producing live television is not for the faint of heart. Between the minute-by-minute deadlines, keeping track of breaking news and the fact every mistake is embarrassingly public, there is only so much room for coddling people in the workplace. While I loved working in live television, the job always came with interesting challenges.
