Warm Feelings For A Chillin’ Place

It’s 9 p.m. and I’m having serious second thoughts about my hotel. Sated and lethargic after a big dinner, I have just enough energy left over to digest the meal. But unfortunately, it’s time to return to my room, which — despite the big bucks it is costing me — is icy, cold and unheated.

Mind you, this hotel does boast some distinct advantages, like ceilings that soar more than five metres high, walls covered in art, two exhibition spaces, a movie theatre and queen-size beds, to name a few.
