Learning to Live with CSN Syndrome

For almost all of my adult life, I’ve struggled with a debilitating little syndrome that probably afflicts about 20% of the population. (At least that’s my informed estimate, based on the hundreds of people over the years who have taken the various personal “style” instruments in my workshops and courses). The symptoms are invisible to casual observers, and the syndrome doesn’t seem to undermine performance or interfere with one’s movement up the career ladder. But it certainly complicates life and produces a constant flow of inner turmoil.
