What I Think: Bill C-45 and the Westray Tragedy

On October 31, Martin Cauchon, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, welcomed the passage of Bill C-45. This legislation, which helps ensure organizations are held accountable when they commit criminal offenses, received Royal Assent on November 5.
