Herbal Help at Work

The atmosphere of your workplace makes a big difference to your day. Working at home, you can easily make improvements, but if you are stuck in an office with air conditioning and little or no natural light, you may feel tired and listless and lose concentration. You may be working toward a better future, but you are wrecking your health in the process.

Why not give your workspace a herbal make over?

The first thing you should do is make room in your desk drawer or cubicle for a herbal first-aid kit to get you through the day. The kit should consist of at least three essential oils, a small pack of damp towel fresheners and some packets of herbal tea.

Make. Work. Better.
