Health and Well-Being Encourages Creativity and Innovation

ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROMOTE employee health and well-being are 3.5 times more likely to encourage creativity and innovation, according to a new study by Right Management (a Manpower company) for the World Economic Forum.

“We found that fewer than half of the nearly 30,000 employees who participated in our worldwide study reported that their organizations actively promote health and wellness,” says Bram Lowsky, Canada General Manager for Right Management.
