Canadian managers held more accountable than U.S. managers

Canadian managers may be held more accountable for the job satisfaction and commitment of their employees than American managers, according to research from Right Management, a career management firm within Manpower, a global employment services firm.

Online responses to the question, “Does your organization hold leaders accountable for engagement?” were gathered from more than 450 senior human resources professionals in both countries.
