What I Think: Svetlana’s Story

This journey is an investment in yourself, your team and your organization. It is a never-ending journey that will reap benefits beyond what you will ever expect.

This year I really enjoyed the awards ceremony where Your Workplace delivers recognition to worthy companies by presenting the Top Workplaces Where Employees Thrive award, also know lovingly as the Thrive awards.

It can be a lot of work: reviewing applications, shortlisting the nominees, surveying the employees and analyzing all the data. I am most grateful to José Tolovi Neto, Senior Managing Partner of Great Place to Work® Institute who made it easier this year by assisting with the selection process. Nonetheless, even with his assistance, there were snippets of time when the frustration was so high that I wondered why we undertook the awards process.
