How to “Cure” and Build Your Team

It is true that the people working for your organization are the greatest asset of the organization. This statement refers to more than just having talented people on the payroll. Standing around like bumps on a log does nothing for productivity. Bringing people together to perform as a team — a great team — is the ultimate competitive advantage, because it produces a group whose best interest is that of the organization.
A great team can produce results that are greater than the sum of the individual parts. However, to function at optimum performance, the components, the people, must be individually respected, and an awareness of each member as an individual must be embraced. Building a foundation based on the individual provides a strong basis when challenges come around.
