What Happens on Twitter Doesn’t Necessarily Stay on Twitter

A recent poll of Canadian executives commissioned by Queen’s School of Business in Kingston, Ontario revealed interesting findings about social media, both during and after work hours. While executives have mixed feelings about the value of social media, the majority say they are continuing to invest the same or more this year as they did last year. This commitment to social channels highlights a need to understand its impact for organizations.
