Professional psychologist and thankful couple handshaking in office

Continue the Act of Gratitude

Today is Tuesday, the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving Day Monday, and I am jubilant. The weekend was full of love, friends, family and great food. Mostly, though, expressions of gratitude and appreciation fueled every moment of everyday. Actions like noticing the changing colour of leaves, moss growing lush and green in the dampness of the fall nights, mushrooms sprouting unbidden and in various shapes and sizes. The occasional nap taken during the day was restorative and invigorating. The sun peeking through the clouds as I was planting fall bulbs in my garden was glorious. The weekend was full of magical moments.

Make. Work. Better.
