Who says technology gets in the way of spending time outdoors? Adventurers all over the world are using technology to participate in geocaching activities and have been for more than a decade. This activity involves geocachers using a navigational device to locate containers that other members of the geocaching community have hidden around the globe. When a cache is found, there is usually a logbook for the finder to enter the date they discovered it. Finders can also choose to add or take an item from the container ensuring that no two discoveries are ever the same.
