Is Your Social Media Presence Helping or Hurting You?

What you post on your social networking profile can be both a blessing and a curse for your chances of finding employment or receiving a promotion.

A recent CareerBuilder survey found that 49% of employers researched job candidates on social media. Of those, 30% found content that caused them to not hire, and 27% found content that made them think twice about hiring the candidate.
