Power of Positive Pathway

There is nothing more constant than change. It is how you conceive and implement your interventions that can often determine their effectiveness and durability in your organization. By employing a positive organizational psychology methodology to develop and measure your inputs and outputs, you can determine the causal relationship between your initiatives and your results. This will provide you with valuable insights that you can leverage to produce the positive outcomes that you are looking to achieve.

The Positive Pathway Method

When I try to explain to people how positive organizational psychology has an impact in organizations I often use a tool called The Positive Pathway. Figure 1 is simply a representation of the manner in which positive organizational psychology produces results.
