Education is one of the pillars of human resources. If you want to have an up-to-date, efficient and impactful workforce, it is crucial to make training a continuous exercise. Likewise, effective training also demands the recognition of diversity. Learning styles vary from person to person, group to group, generation to generation. Since no two people are exactly alike, no one strategy is going to be effective for everyone. Flexibility is key.
