Clean up your “un-wow” moments

The expression, “Wow!” is often used in our culture. Whether it is to describe an exhilarating experience, an impressive book, a great movie or a new restaurant, we like to share our “wow” experiences with others. The opposite of this experience is the “un-wows”.

The un-wows are the small undesirable things that encroach in our day-to-day routine, and that we inadvertently share with friends, family, co-workers and customers. It is the way we always show up a few minutes late for appointments, don’t respond to emails for weeks or how we try to multi-task while serving other rather than giving our undivided attention. The un-wows add up and show the people around you that you really don’t really care.
