Reducing Stress with Breathing

“Practising regular, mindful breathing can be calming and energizing and can even help with stress-related health problems ranging from panic attacks to digestive disorders.”

– Andrew Weil, MD

A short breathing exercise in the middle of the day can relieve stress and be emotionally and physically rejuvenating. Afterward, you’ll be surprised to find yourself getting more, better quality work done.
