- A short, frequent break from work where you relax and stretch your muscles
- Helps with posture, increases circulation and decreases muscle fatigue
- Take a 5-minute exercise break for every 30 minutes spent on the computer
- Rest eyes by glancing away from the monitor and focusing on a distant object for 10-15 seconds for every 30 minutes of computer use
