  • A short, frequent break from work where you relax and stretch your muscles
  • Helps with posture, increases circulation and decreases muscle fatigue
  • Take a 5-minute exercise break for every 30 minutes spent on the computer
  • Rest eyes by glancing away from the monitor and focusing on a distant object for 10-15 seconds for every 30 minutes of computer use
  • Relax your muscles, stretch and change position
