Lynda Fleming (not her real name) is a fashionably-dressed woman in her late forties, yet she looks and feels ten years older. Lynda has been traumatized by workplace bullying, or harassment as she calls it, to the point where she has been off on stress leave for more than a year and is now awaiting a decision on medical retirement.
Lynda never thought she would be leaving her ideal job so soon, and under such conditions. She started working for the federal government as a programs officer, specializing in income tax policy. She worked in a Toronto-area office and quickly became popular with both her co-workers and local management to the point where she was offered an opportunity to undergo advanced training in her area of expertise.
