After a holiday season that for many was filled with family and friends, we thought it would be a nice fit to feature the intergenerational workplace to help you make sense of those familial quirks. At my family gathering I enjoyed watching my traditionalist grandmother hand-beating the dinner rolls while my boomer mother planned out an elaborate decoration scheme, as my Nexus siblings popped in and out between touchdowns, through which my Net nephews brought out their laptops, downloading entertaining holiday clips from YouTube to share. Meanwhile my little Wee Gens think I am from the dark ages because, as I am fond of telling them, “When I was a kid, cartoons were only on Saturday mornings.” Which clearly makes me a…?
