Spiritual Values and the Healthy Workplace

I’ve been reflecting a lot since the beginning of 2004 on the relationship between spiritual, or religious, values and a healthy workplace. In part, this meditative outlook has been associated with putting the finishing touches to a book on the leadership wisdom of the apostle Paul that I am writing with a colleague. (It’s strange that no one has ever explored this before.

If we think of Paul as a religious entrepreneur, the brand he developed 2000 years ago is still a going concern!)  But I have also been pondering a really complex article that suggests a model for truly healthy organizations based on the world’s great spiritual traditions.
