Understanding Generations Better

Recently I came across a file on my computer that I didn’t recognize. Having a few moments to spare and being somewhat curious I opened it and much to my delight I came across a few notes from a conversation with Tamara Erickson, a expert in managing across generations.

We were discussing the generational differences at work and specifically the shared experiences while growing up that the members of each generation have in common. Here are a few scintillating facts about five generations.
