It’s hard to define what “wellness” really means. In my opinion it is rather personal. If my kids are safe and happy, that’s a form of wellness for me. For you it might mean your physical health is stable or your financial needs are being met or you gain more satisfaction than stress from your daily work. They are all valid ways of defining wellness.

But is wellness really that simple?
