What I Think: Be Well For You

If you do not believe in yourself to make a positive change, why should your employer?

One of the television shows that I like to watch is NBC’s Biggest Loser. I find it inspiring to watch people who have lost control of at least one aspect of their life, struggle and strain to take back ownership of their lives. And it isn’t easy. It requires knowledge and learning about exercise, nutrition, balance and self-control. It also requires introspection: “How did I get here, to this enormous obese weight, and how am I going to reconcile my issues so that I can move forward with a healthy body weight?”.

Many participants easily admit to needing assistance and guidance. Many easily confirm that to get control of life and reduce their high state of obesity they need an experience away from home and the incumbent distractions.
