The strength of any team is with the followers; leaders have no role without them

I was at a crossroads. Two conflicting concerns were converging: the impact of taking unscheduled, unpaid time away from work and the excitement of participating on a jury. I wanted to believe that I had a decision to make, but I didn’t. A summons to serve is not a request.
